Located at 1 St Johns Rd this 1970’s office building was converted into 15 residential condominiums with two additional commercial units. A sixth floor was also added to the structure to create four distinct two-floor penthouse units all with large terraces. This project was completed in 2000 and was the first condo project to be done in the Junction.
