Located at 152 Annette in the heart of the Junction. Once the Victoria-Royce Presbyterian Church designed by the architecture firm of Knox and Elliot in 1890, this Toronto Heritage building was converted into 35 loft styled condominium units. The adjoining manse was also renovated, the land severed and sold separately. The project was completed in 2012 and received the Toronto Award Of Excellence form Heritage Toronto.
