The existing property at 2945 Dundas St West was renovated to add an additional 6 rental units plus a new laundry facility, storage lockers and garage. The main floor was also renovated to accommodate the Toronto Dominion Bank as an anchor tenant.

Corten steel siding was used to complement the original 1920 Heritage Building. The project was completed in 2018.
